Changed Your Mind?

Your order has arrived with you safely hooray! But it isn't quite right and you've changed your mind, no panic needed. Please use the contact form above to notify us that you wish to create a return within 14 days from the day your order arrived. Once you have notified us, make sure to pop your item back in the post within 14 days from your notification. Unfortunatley we cannot offer to cover the costs of return postage, however once your item is safely received with us we will refund the item price and initial postage costs in full provided the item is in its original condition. We do reserve the right to reduce the refund should the item be returned damaged or in unsaleable condition, therefore we always recommend using as much of the original packing material wherever possible.

My Item Didn't Arrive Safely!

If you item has engaged in battle before arriving with you and been wounded in transit, never fear, we will always aim to right this wrong as swiftly as possible for you. If you could send us an email at info@theacademicshouse.co.uk, using your order reference and name on the order, with photos of the damaged item in the postage packaging as soon as feasible once the item arrives. We will send through a confirmation of a return creation for you, we may ask a couple of questions to confirm we have the correct order for us to process a full refund for you. Normally you should expect the funds to arrive with you within 3-5 working days, do let us know should this not occur.
