A stylish set of seven glass bowls, one large serving bowl with six individual dishes made by Stolle Nieman, a Polish glassmaker, in the 1930's. The pattern reference is 08818, made between 1923-1935 and a brilliant example of art deco style. Each bowl has step shaped handles, this pattern is repeated in the base design surrounded by controlled swirls.
Visually they are truly beautiful, especially from above with the central pattern showing textured glass use and the surrounding being clear. Amazingly for their age, they are in lovely condition with no chips, cracks or major marks that I cans see.
The larger bowl measures at approximately 26cm in diameter and 6cm high from the table. Each smaller bowl measures at approximately 15cm in diameter and 3.5cm from the table.
