A vintage gold tone lidded trinket dish with a floral pattern to the top created in the cloisonné style of enamelwork. Cloisonné is an amazing technique using metal wires, hammered into the desired shape and filled with brightly coloured enamel. This technique keeps the colours bright, the pattern intact and more able to sustain knocks that happen in life. This little gem is in good condition with no major signs of damage to the pattern or enamel, only minor marks to the gold coloured metal as shown in the photos.
This particular dish measures at approximately 7.5cm in diameter and 4cm off the table in height.
