A brilliant addition to any person interested in Egypt or Egyptology’s collection. This vintage tariff from the Nile Hilton Hotel from 1959-1960 details the room rates at this time (starting at £3 per night!) along with various locations for evening meals such as ‘Starlight Roof’ and ‘Jewel Of The Nile’.
The map included is illustrated of the Nile with iconic tourist destinations drawn across it including Luxor Temple and Aswan Dam.
Both are very interesting pieces on their own but do make a remarkable pairing. The tariff leaflet is in excellent condition with no major marks or tears that I can see, the map however does have a tear to the bottom as shown in the photos. Otherwise however is in good condition.
