Postcards are often a brilliant way to add something special to your walls in smaller spaces or to utilise within a gallery wall. This particular postcard is an advertisement for Maison Marcel, a supplier in Washington DC for real hair wigs as beautifully shown by their model on the front. Though sadly, they seem to be no longer in business, this postcard is a brilliant little slice of high society hairstyle and fashion in the 1980’s.
Produced by Quantity postcards in 1986, it measures at approximately 14cm in total length and 9cm in width and is in brilliant condition for its age with barely any signs of age or use as shown to the front as shown in the photos. It is unposted therefore blank and ready for you to post or frame.
